From HR to the treatment room.

For seven years I worked in human resources at HCA Healthcare, most recently as an HR Business Partner in employee relations. The work taught me to listen closely and to write things down.

I wanted work I could do with my hands, where someone walks out feeling better than when they walked in. So I went back to school.

In 2026 I completed the 750-hour esthiology program at Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute Nashville. Most days of the last three months were on the clinic floor with real guests, about four a day. I earned a hydrodermabrasion certification, was signed off in dermaplaning, chemical peels, and lash and brow tinting, and was licensed in Tennessee that September.

Four things you can hold me to.

Barrier first.

A stressed barrier gets calmed before anything active goes on it.

Ingredients with evidence.

If I can't explain why something works for your skin, it isn't on your plan.

A routine you'll keep.

Home care is four or five steps, chosen so that you will do them.

Honest scope.

Some things need a dermatologist instead of a facial, and I'll tell you when.
